Public Defender welcomes the launch of process of returning illegally seized property.  According to the Ombudsman, less contentious issues have to be resolved first. The government should work out a proper mechanism for the rights of all parties to be protected.

" I think the process should continue and the model offered by the state should  ensure that the citizens don"t feel oppressed," - Ucha Nanuashvili said.
