In four cities – Tbilisi, Zugdidi, Rustavi and Kutaisi – the study process, resumed from October 1 for 1-6 –grader school students has been transformed onto the remote mode due to confirmation of coronavirus cases.

The Ministry of Education suggested pupils and their parents making of a choice and 10 000 pupils preferred studying in the remote regime out of 130 000 school students.
