The foreign citizens won"t have problems with documentations in Georgia. The Government has adopted the law on Foreigner"s legal status. The project has been proposed by the Ministry of justice. The Minister says that after the enactment of new visa regulations the problems will be fixed. The Minister states that the foreign citizens will have an

 opportunity to obtain a residence permit without leaving Georgia if they file all necessary documents in Georgia. As Tsulikiani says the process won"t harm Visa liberalization process of Georgia.
