According to European Georgia, the Government plans to announce lockdown from Monday. In this regard, the opposition party issued a special statement:

“They want to announce lockdown, because they realize that they will not win the elections. Serious debate is needed on this topic. We invite the leaders of the Georgian Dream and the National Movement for a serious discussion on this issue in the remaining three days. We also ask the TV channels to pay serious attention to this topic, because not only the democratic future of the country is at stake, but also public health and the well-being of every citizen”, - reads the statement.
