The Governor of Kvemo Kartli stated that heavy rain led to river swelling in the region. The level of rivers raised for 7 meters. Bridges are damaged.

According to the Governor, villages Iraga and Digrashen are isolated. The representatives of local and central government arrived to the disaster zone.
