Protest rally continues on Rustaveli Avenue despite restrictions

Despite the nationwide curfew, which came into effect in Georgia’s seven big cities, protest is underway in front of the Parliament in Tbilisi. Opposition leaders and their supporters counted the minutes left before 22:00 and declared disobedience.

Protesters say they plan to stay on Rustaveli Avenue until 05:00.
