22 individuals died of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, said Alexandre Khojevanishvili, Head of Task Force operating at the Inter-Agency Coordination Council at a press-briefing held at the Government Administration today.

“We maintain the positive trend of recoveries and namely 2 348 individuals recovered in the last 24 hours, thus making the total recoveries increase to 47 390.

Unfortunately, 22 individuals died of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, including 11 in Tbilisi, 4 in Adjara, 6 in Imereti and 1 in Kvemo Kartli. Since 26th February 2020 the total number of deaths has reached 521”, - added Alexandre Khojevanishvili.
