After the 0:1 defeat against Northern Macedonia, Vladimir Weiss, Slovak football coach, is leaving the Georgian national team.
“My job is done. My time is up. Thanks to Georgian fans, players and journalists. It was not easy, but it was a very good 5 years of my life. We are sad.
We are all feeling bad, it is my responsibility. I want to apologize, it was an unlucky day. We wanted to make you all happy, but... We were left only with sadness. I will leave the post after two games”, - said Weiss.
The following matches – with Armenia and Estonia - are scheduled for November 15 and 18.
