Secretary Pompeo reaffirmed the U.S.s’ commitment to Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity at the meeting with President Salome Zourabichvili, reads the information released by the US Embassy to Georgia.

“Secretary Pompeo was pleased to meet President Zourabichvili at the historic Orbelliani Palace, which once housed the U.S. Embassy. At the meeting, the Secretary reaffirmed the United States’ commitment to Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and commended the country for its significant contributions to the fight against global terrorism”, - reads the statement of the Embassy.
