The officers of Batumi Police Division under Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, as a result of operative-search and investgative activities exposed B.Ts. (DoB 1972) on the fact of damaging the “United National Movement” political party office facade in Batumi.

The investigation established that on November 15 of the current year, B.Ts. threw a stone to “United National Movement” office located on Aghmashenebeli Street, Batumi and damaged the window. According to the results of commodity expertise it was established that the value of the broken window amounted to 145 GEL.

The exposed person has already pleaded guilty.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of damage or destruction of other’s property, crime envisaged under the article 187, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
