The spokesperson of the Central Election Commission has resigned. Ana Mikeladze wrote about this decision on her Facebook page.

“We have to make difficult but important decisions in life and our actions must be in line with our values. Those who know me are well aware that while working at local or international organizations, as well as in the public sector, I have been guided only by principles of professionalism, justice, and honesty.

I have always tried to make my contribution, even a small one, to our country’s development. I would like to thank each of my colleagues, partners, journalists, people with whom I have worked or been friends with for their cooperation”, - writes Ana Mikeladze.
