The Government of Georgia delivered 10 000 doses of flu vaccine to occupied Abkhazia. Such a statement made today the Head of the National Center for Disease Control.

“The number of applications for flu vaccination is not high. We bought 235 000 flu vaccines, but the amount of flu vaccine was much higher, because the private sector had purchased 60 000 – 70 000 doses. 160 000 doses have been used. We transferred 10 000 doses to occupied Abkhazia. Besides, military personnel and risk groups were also vaccinated”, - said Amiran Gamkrelidze.
