The US House of Representatives approved a compromise version of the 2021 defense budget bill, according to the official website of the House of Representatives.

One part of the document, which deals with strategic competition with Russia and the activities of the Department of Defense in this direction, states that in order to deter Russian aggression, the Department must increase its attention and resources towards the Black Sea region.
