The Minister of Defense Irakli Gharibashvili interrogated at Prosecutor’s Office on the case of demarcation-delimitation of the Georgian-Azerbaijani border.

“As it is known to the public, the investigation was based on information received from the Ministry of Defense, according to which experts of the State Border Delimitation-Demarcation Commission under the MFA have been ignoring relevant documents and bypassing them were making harmful decisions for Georgia.

According to the same information, the citizen of Georgia found in other countries and handed over to the Ministry of Defense important archival material, including topographic maps, which were presented to the investigation. Irakli Gharibashvili was questioned about this”, - reads the statement of the Prosecutor’s office.
