The Alliance of Patriots addressed the Parliament with a statement regarding the revocation of their parliamentary powers.

As Irma Inashvili said, they will continue to fight for fair elections in the country.

“I was one of the first who said that we will not enter the Parliament of the 10th convocation, since the October 31, 2020 parliamentary elections were rigged. The logic of the Georgian Dream, which tells us that the opposition can not prove the falsification of these elections, is completely meaningless.

There are numerous facts and evidence that the election was rigged. We emphasized that there was factual material proving this”, - said Irma Inashvili.

Six of eight opposition parties which have won seats in the 150-member parliament - United National Movement-Strength is in the Unity election bloc, Labour Party, Lelo, European Georgia, Alliance of Patriots, Strategy Agmashenebeli - have requested the suspension of status of their MPs.
