This is not an outflow from the European Georgia party, as some people want to portray it. Such a statement made today by the Chairman of European Georgia, while commenting on Elene Khoshtaria’s decision to leave the party.

“We have known for a long time that Elene Khoshtaria was going to start her own independent political activity after the election, with more emphasis on civic activism, no matter how the election would end.

For us it was neither a surprise nor news, it was something we knew in advance, so I wish her luck and I think we have a common goal, which is to develop, advance and establish a normal democratic society in this country”, - said Davit Bakradze.
