Georgian peacekeepers celebrated New Year at the Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan.

The commander of the 13th Battalion of the 1st Infantry Brigade, LCT Vladimer Natenadze, Battalion Chaplain father Ioane Gelashvili, and high-ranking military officers wished peacekeepers a happy New Year.

The battalion chief thanked military men for their service and wished them a safe return to Georgia.
