The Covax platform confirmed to us that they are ready to provide a vaccine for medical staff in Georgia, said today the Minister of Health.

“The medical staff in Georgia would get the Pfizer vaccine at this stage. The Covax so far confirmed the Pfizer vaccine for Georgia. However, likely, the Georgian citizens would also get access to the AstraZeneca coronavirus-vaccine soon. The country is actively preparing for the vaccination”, - said Ekaterine Tikaradze.
