Hippopotamus Gloria, who survived the June 14 disaster is under the supervision of specialists. The rescuers have been searching for the animals that were lost on the disaster night for two days. The flood hit that part of the zoo, where the predators were kept.

According to the Zoo employees, most of the animals are dead. The staff could not specify how many of animals were able to escape. Two tigers, a bear and a hyena are missing.

Egzotarium has survived the disaster. The  Zoo may be transferred to a different location in the area of the Tbilisi sea.The City Hall has been working on the project.
