The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative and investigative activities, detained I.B. (DoB 1998) for premeditated murder.

Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on February 3, on the basis of conflict, detainee inflicted multiple injuries in chest area with a cold steel to T.K. (DoB 1978) in his own house located in Tskhvaritchamia and fled from the place of crime. Due to the received injuries, T.K. died at the place of crime.

The weapon of murder was seized by the law enforcers as a result of investigative activities. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.

The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the criminal Code of Georgia.
