The Crisis Management headquarters issued an order at 4 pm to evacuate the people involved in cleaning works.
Volunteers and rescuers started to leave Heroes Square and thearea surrounding the zoo . The disaster-affected area was left by the army as well.

Several rescue and patrol groups are still in disaster-affected areas.
