The trial of Nika Melia scheduled in the Tbilisi City Court for 16:00. The court will discuss the revision of the measure of restraint - bail ordered for Nika Melia.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia applied to Tbilisi City Court with a motion to change the measure of restraint yesterday. Prosecutor demands the use of a more severe measure of restraint against the Chairperson of the UNM party - detention, as it is a proportionate measure.

Nika Melia calls the current process politically motivated and does not intend to go to court.
