The prosecutor"s office is going to determine whether  the disaster was caused by the road built by the previous government. The  investigation on possible violations of safety regulations during construction work has been launched already.

The president has different position on the situation. Kakha Kojoridze, Giorgi Margvelashvili"s adviser states that the investigation should be started only after the conclusion  prepared by the specialists on the causes of the disaster.

The material transferred to prosecution on  the case remains unknown.
