The citizens who live in Vere Valley  and Svanidze street speak about  delays. The victims say that they survived only because they were helping each other.

The first ones, who informed locals about the disaster were employees of the  Hydro meteorological Laboratory. They tell that they had witnessed how the level of the river was rising and started to evacuate citizens.

Residents of Tbilisi urged the  Tbilisi Mayor to send rescuers timely. They saw Davit Narmania on Tamarashvili street in 40 minutes after the rain started.

Disaster-affected  people demanded timely respond from the Prime Minister as well.

David Narmania commented on the accusation in the talk-show " Archevani". his statements were  contradictory.
