The search and clean-up works continued in the Zoo for the whole night. Zoo director who arrived on the scene, spoke with the staff.

Gurielidze gave explanations with regard to the lost animals. He said the cages were still full of silt, making it difficult to determine the number of lost and killed animal.
"According to latest information, a tiger is missing , but we do not know if it is dead or alive, and also one of the striped hyena," - said the Gurielidze.

Gurielidze came to the Zoo from the State Chancellery office , where he attended the crises Council meeting.
