The Tbilisi Court of Appeal rejected the suit filed by the lawyers of Nika Melia.

According to lawyers of the United National Movement Chairman, they demanded the annulment of the decision of Tbilisi City Court Judge Nino Chakhnashvili.

As one of the lawyers, Beka Basialia said, such move of the Court of Appeal a political decision.
