After the meeting, our opponents tried to speculate as if they were talking about early elections, said today Mamuka Mdinaradze, the Chairman of the Georgian Dream faction.
“There is a list of issues, most of which were already on the negotiating table from the opposition. These issues were brought together and presented in order to be clear about the demands made by the representatives of the opposition.
There was no signed document, nor an agreement. The agreement was reached on the only issue to resume the negotiations and complete it with a positive result as soon as possible.
Yesterday we saw overjoyed opposition coming out, telling us something and talking about this document as well. By the way, there was an agreement that information about the document or in-depth discussion shouldn’t have been revealed.
It would be speculative on our part too to discuss some details that are part of a compilation, unsigned document. There will be readiness for some issues and there are issues on which there is already effective readiness, there are also issues that will not be discussed at all, for example, early elections - plebiscite is an unimaginable as well”, - said Mamuka Mdinaradze.
