Transparency International Georgia has prepared recommendations . The representatives of the third sector call on the government to assess the damage caused by disaster.

According to them, it is necessary to develop a crisis management plan, both national and local. Also, in order to avoid disaster  the disaster prevention and early warning systems should be activated.
