The locals on Shanidze street say that " muddy water poured out from the tube, then liquid with something like  washing powder was flowing for 40 minutes."  Eka Berdzenishvili states that she has contacted relevant bodies.

Georgian Water and Power also comments on the fact. Company representatives say that    the tube is not damaged and the cause of the problem couldn"t be caused by the disaster.
