Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude, Ilia II and the clergy hosted Armenian President Armen Sarkisyan. The sides talked about friendly relations between Georgia and Armenia and ongoing international developments.

Patriarch accentuated the significance of peace in Caucasus and globally and the peaceful resolution of territorial conflicts.

Armen Sarkisyan thanked Ilia II for hosting and conveyed the greetings of the Patriarch of Armenia, Karekin II. President of Armenia and delegation members also visited the Armenian Cathedral in Tbilisi.
