The Constitutional Court postponed the hearing of the lawsuit of Zura-Girchi Japaridze, Tamar Kordzaia, and Elene Khoshtaria.
The lawsuit was based on Kordzaia’s appeal. She asked the Constitutional Court to postpone the hearing for 2 weeks because of the family problems.
Opposition leaders are appealing to the court about the non-termination of the parliamentary mandates.
Eight judges out of nine agreed to accept the case, while one judge opposed it.
