Nika Melia’s trial starts in the city court

The trial of Nika Melia will start in the city court.

The Chairman of the United National Movement will not attend the hearing. He was expelled from the courtroom on April 13 due to contempt of court.

The defense does not expect any significant decision from the current process. Nika Melia’s lawyer, Giorgi Kondakhashvili, is sure that the hearing will be “another formality”.
