Newborn baby found in one of the flats in Kutaisi. The locals found baby wrapped in the plastic bag.  According to preliminary investigations  the mother gave birth at home. The newborn is now at KutaisiChildrenHospital. The health condition of the baby is stable. The Prosecutor"s office of Kutaisi has already started the investigation.
