The City Hall and the City Council could not agree on the distribution of 25 million collected for victims.

The draft document prepared by the City Hall was reviewed in the City Councilby the majority MPs behind closed doors. After one-hour debate, the City Council members stated that the agreement on compensation for victims had not been reached.

What matters the City Council and the City Hall could not agree on is still unknown.

The document drawn up by the City Hall was not made public.
