The officers of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Adjara Main Division of the Patrol Police Department detained G.K. (DoB 1997), as a result of jointly held immediate operative and investigative activities for the attempted premeditated murder.

The committed crime envisaged from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that detainee wounded K.F. (DoB 1991), on Zubalashvili Street in Batumi with a cold steel. The wounded man has been transferred to the hospital where appropriate medical treatment has been provided to the victim.

Police arrested G.K. as a result of immediate activities. Law enforcement officers seized a weapon of crime - a knife as evidence.

The fact of the attempted premeditated murder is being investigated under Article 19-108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
