A person who secretly recorded a video of a woman’s private life has been charged. Police detained Z.G. (DoB1971), as a result of operative-investigative activities for the disclosure of the secrets of private life.

The committed crime envisages from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.

According to the investigation, the accused illegally, covertly photographed a recorded an intimate relationship with an acquaintance female, after which the material was illegally made public.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of disclosure of the secrets of private life under Article 1571 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
