We live in the XXI century, everything is recorded and no one will be able to avoid justice. Such a statement made today the Speaker of the Parliament at the Bureau when commenting about the decease of the cameraman of TV Pirveli.
“I express my condolences to the family and friends of a deceased cameraman, the death of which appalled everyone. It is important for the Parliament to be engaged in this process and investigate this crime. I do not mean the independent and impartial investigation solely but the expertise, where all the international experts shall participate if necessary and as we guess, it will become necessary. It is important for the Majority and the Opposition to apply all the leverages in the Parliament to see to the investigation.
The fact is that no questions shall remain and we shall do our best to find the truth. These tragic developments started on July 5 and they cannot be justified and as I have already mentioned and will have to reiterate, July 5 will remain as a black stain in our history – violence against the journalists, cameramen, who were subject to the grouped crime. We live in the XXI century, everything is recorded and no one will be able to avoid justice. They all will be identified and severely punished to prevent further crimes. No matter the party – secular or spiritual persons – violence shall be punished and investigated. The Parliament will do its best and apply all the leverage to accomplish the investigation”, - said Kakha Kutchava.
