Deputy Minister of Health said at a briefing at the government administration that Georgia would receive Pfizer doses in the coming days. Tamar Gabunia called on the population to be actively involved in the vaccination process.
“The Pfizer vaccine will be available in the coming days and citizens will be able to get vaccinated with the Pfizer. But, all the vaccines we have today - Sinopharm, Sinovac, AstraZeneca - are proven to be effective. Now the loss of each day is really critical, the number of cases is increasing. I would like to call on the population to be actively involved in the vaccination program, which is underway throughout the country and will be further expanded”, - said the Deputy Minister.
