By withdrawing from this agreement, the Georgian Dream has confirmed that they have chosen the path of Russia. Such a statement made today the leader of Lelo, Mamuka Khazaradze.

“The Georgian Dream knows that they cannot get 43% in this election. Therefore, we call on the public and our opposition partners to start consultations immediately.

We already have communication with international partners. We want to tell you that we will not allow this totally irresponsible destructive statement made by the ruling party to be implemented and once again, we, together with our opposition partners, will decide in a very calm, peaceful situation what steps to take.

These steps will be aimed at stabilizing the country and, if necessary, we do not rule out boycotting the local elections. Deceiving people, disrespecting agreements and promises must end in this country, which for years has been driving Georgia to the Russian Empire. We have the choice under the Charles Michel agreement to drive the country in the European direction and to begin full progress, reforms and prosperity in the country. Today, the Georgian Dream has confirmed, by withdrawing from this agreement, that they have chosen the path of Russia”, - said Mamuka Khazaradze.
