There will be no reprimands against the ruling party when the main opposition party and the main source of radicalization has not joined the agreement for 100 days, wrote today the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament.
“Despite calls from President Michel, the US Embassy and other international partners, 4 opposition parties, including the largest – United National Movement, have not signed the Agreement. It was only the Georgian Dream that fully fulfilled its obligations under the agreement.
The agreement signed by 115 deputies was indeed annulled, although we should not forget that 84 out of 115 MPs are from the majority.
The UNM not only didn’t take steps to depolarize the situation, but also used this document to further radicalize the process, increase the level of controversy and fully turn on the disinformation machine.
Consequently, naturally, there can be no reprimands against the Georgian Dream when the main opposition party and the main source of radicalization has not joined the agreement for 100 days and has not stopped the radicalization of the processes.
Our political team is focused on the future and with the support of the public, is ready for another victory! The next important step will be the self-government elections, which we will hold in a transparent, improved regulation, in a fair and competitive environment”, - writes Archil Talakvadze.
