In addition, a state program of subsidized mortgage loans is launched with an initiative of the Prime Minister of Georgia for large families with multiple children or new born addition(s).

According to Irakli Garibashvili, it is an excellent program to let citizens of Georgia to own even a private house or an apartment.

“Natia Turnava is presenting a new program today, which we announced some time ago. It is a state program of subsidized mortgage loans for large families with multiple children or new new-born addition(s) to improve their living standards. Mortgage loans will be used to acquire even a private house or an apartment. It is an excellent program, which we are launching officially today”, - said the Head of the Government.
