They used the institute of the Public Defender and [Nino Lomjaria] came up with an initiative today to declare a state of emergency in order to postpone the elections.

Elections will be held and the Georgian Dream will win. We have seen the experience of all countries. During the pandemic, even when the vaccine had not yet arrived, no one even thought of postponing the election.

The only dictator, whose name I will not name, canceled elections. If the United National Movement and [Mikheil] Saakashvili offer us this, we will not be surprised.
