Tbilisi City Hall and the Eliava Market owners elaborated the territory’s development plan.
According to the Mayor of Tbilisi, this fair is one of the key economic zones in the capital with a shabby outlook, poor infrastructure and safety conditions.
“A tender revealed a winner company, which would implement the project agreed with the territory owners. The project, which we have finally developed, will take into account the interests of the city, the owners and employees. That is very important to avoid political manipulations, as often happens, especially by the opposition. I am sure people who work at the market do not like current conditions”, -added Kakha Kaladze.
