Khashuri Municipality mayoral candidate Valeri Gelashvili has withdrawn his candidature on behalf of the Georgian Dream.

As he wrote on his Facebook page, Georgia has no political force which can compete with the Georgian Dream to ensure the country’s stable and peaceful development.

“Some destructive political forces, aggressors, liars, and traitors are hampering our country’s development today; they are trying to harm Georgia’s interests and trigger uproar; however, the Georgian people have always made a right choice and will provide these forces with a proper response at the local self-government elections”, - writes Valeri Gelashvili.
