Parliament has approved an amnesty for COVID regulation breaches. The bills on exemption from administrative sentence and on amnesty were adopted in the 3rd reading.

The project on exemption from administrative sentences aims to abolish all administrative offenses and fines committed before June 23, which include isolation and quarantine violations.

Amnesty project envisages the release of both individuals and legal entities from criminal liability and punishment.
