“Four years ago, a law was discussed in the Parliament, which was related to covert surveillance. We have been actively informing MPs about the risks that this law could not provide for the ability to protect from illegal covert surveillance.

We have appealed this law to the Constitutional Court and we have been waiting for a decision for more than 3 years.

The law makes it possible for illegal surveillance to be carried out easily. The responsibility naturally lies with those who created this legislative space.
