Gigi Ugulava may be fined for breaking quarantine rules

Gigi Ugulava, the United National Movement’s mayoral candidate in Poti, will be fined for breaking quarantine rules.

Ugulava, who tested positive for COVID-19 on October 7, attended the UNM rally yesterday, October 14, delivering a speech without wearing a face mask.

After the protest rally, he explained his appearance on Facebook page:

“I no longer have symptoms, I am no longer contagious, the rapid test also showed a negative result and after consulting a doctor I decided to be at the rally with people”, - wrote Gigi Ugulava.
