“I want to start our Government Session with thanks. I want to express my gratitude to all the people who gave the vote of confidence and hope. Special thanks to our supporters - the people who were involved in the election process, cheered us on, and did their best to help us succeed. I would like to thank also the supporters of the other party. I’m sure they also like the good things we do in the capital because they too live in this city with their families, their children, and their grandchildren.

I am sure that all the people who love Tbilisi will enjoy the reconstruction and development that started in 2017. The main principle for me is that I am the Mayor of absolutely everyone. I have stated several times that for me Tbilisi is not divided as my own and other people"s city. This approach has not existed since 2017 and this is the way I plan to continue my activities. I will be the Mayor of everyone and I am ready to use the enthusiasm, energy, knowledge, and experience of each person to make Tbilisi the greenest, most comfortable, healthy, and best-organized city.

To achieve these goals, the involvement and activity of every Tbilisian are needed. I have high hopes for the activism of the freedom-loving young people, the working and educated new generation because it is my sincere desire to write the history of this city together and make Tbilisi much better than it is today. It takes a lot of work. I am ready, with my team, to listen to people of all generations. As for the team, my team is staffed with honest, hardworking people and we have proven this since 2017. We will be very active, we have planned to implement very large-scale projects and the public, depending on the specific streets, districts, and sub-districts will soon see what we were talking about”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
