Prime Minister’s meeting with Siemens Energy Vice President

The Prime Minister of Georgia met with Ariel Porat, Senior Vice President of the German conglomerate Siemens Energy.

The meeting focused on Georgia’s favorable investment environment and the opportunities enjoyed by the country through FTAs with the EU, neighboring countries, and China. As it was pointed out at the meeting, Siemens Energy is interested in investing in Georgia.

According to Irakli Garibashvili, the Government welcomes Siemens Energy’s interest in the country’s investment environment and manufacturing opportunities, and stands ready to provide maximal support. The German multinational conglomerate Siemens operates across a variety of directions and employs tens of thousands of people.
