Police force opposition hunger strikers to leave Zugdidi City Council

The opposition hunger strikers were forced by police to leave the Zugdidi City Council session hall.

They had been addressed several times to leave the session hall, but they claimed that they were not going to leave the hall, after which they were taken from the hall by force.

Four newly elected deputies and a doctor went on a hunger strike in the room of the United National Movement in the Zugdidi City Council on November 15. They are demanding that Mikheil Saakashvili’s transfer to a civilian clinic.
